A healthy diet is just one part of the strong and meaningful health message of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. While many plant-based and vegetarian recipes can be found online and elsewhere, these are ones we’ve personally tried and used. We hope they bring inspiration to your kitchen.
You may notice we haven’t achieved perfection. There are plenty of dessert recipes. Our reasoning is simple: a healthier dessert is better than an unhealthy one.
We’re thankful to the many members of our church who provided, tested, and shared these recipes. We’re blessed with a wonderful church family.
